I am a Project Technologist at the BBC Research and Development, as well as a visiting lecturer at the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal ProcessingUniversity of Surrey.

My research focuses on multimedia communications, ranging from video coding and processing to user aspects in multimedia delivery and interaction.

Previously, I was with the Department of Computer Science at University of Bristol. I am the founding member of the Multimedia & Vision Research GroupQueen Mary, University of London, where was awarded my PhD in 2004.
